Extended stay rates between October-November, and March-April are negotiable.
Cancellation Policy
Regular Stay Cancellation Policy:
- If you give us seven days or more cancellation notice, there is no financial penalty.
- If you give us less than seven full days cancellation notice, or if you are a no-show, we will charge your credit card 100% of the total booking. We use the check-in time of 2:00PM Pacific Time as the cut-off time for calculation.

Cancelling by 2:00PM on 30 April or sooner = no financial penalty
Cancelling after 2:00PM on 30 April = 100% of entire booking financial penalty
